This kit is for placement of 2-3 of implants at narrow ridge.

Features

Bone spreading kit is to make several implants at the same time.
It's thin and solid spreading pins will help you to make the expanding properly and easily.

Way to use:

1. Split the bone where the implants will be installed using the disc.
2. Insert the spreading pins between the split bones side by side.
3. Connect the spreading adaptor to the inserted spreading pins and rotate them.
   *The spreading pins can be rotated using the spreading adaptor and the ratchet adaptor.
4. Rotate the 3 pins little by little one by one to expand the ridge evenly.
5. When expansion is completed, take the spreading pins out and install the fixtures.
   *When expansion is completed, do not take the spreading pins out at once.
   Instead, take a spreading pin out at a time and install a fixture in turn, in the way of one-to-one exchange.
6. Fill the gap between installed implant fixtures with bone.
